What we ask for
The appointment form asks for the service you want, your preferred day and time, your name and your mobile number. It also has a notes box, which is optional.
Why we ask
We use these details to answer your request, to call or text you to confirm a time, and to keep our booking and deposit records. We use them for nothing else.
Notes are optional. Health details are sensitive personal information under the Data Privacy Act, so write only what you are comfortable sharing.
By sending a request you agree that we use your details as this notice describes.
Where your request goes
Your request is saved in our booking database and read by our team. Our website runs on Cloudflare and the database is on Supabase. They handle your details for us to run the site.
Who else sees your details
Our team, and the companies that run the site for us. We share your details with no one else unless the law requires it.
Cookies and tracking
This site has no advertising, analytics or tracking tools, and visitors do not receive cookies.
Our host records technical details of each visit, such as the address of your device, to run and protect the site.
Other websites
Our links to Instagram, Facebook and Google Maps lead to sites we do not run. Their own privacy notices apply there.
How long we keep your details
We keep your details only as long as we need them for the reasons above, then we delete them.
Your rights
Under the Data Privacy Act you have the right to:
- be told how your details are used
- see the details we hold about you
- correct a detail that is wrong
- object to how we use your details
- ask us to remove or block your details
- ask for a copy of your details
- claim compensation if your details are misused
To use any of these rights, contact us. If you think your details were handled wrongly, you may also complain to the National Privacy Commission.
